Service Centers

Factory maintained. Factory safe.

SyberJet currently has FAA Part 145 approved repair stations located at the San Antonio International Airport (KSAT) and in Cedar City, Utah (KCDC) and is expanding throughout the continental U.S. We also provide mobile repair teams that travel to the aircraft worldwide for comprehensive support.

Each service center is also part of the Williams authorized service network for the FJ44 jet engines.

International support is provided via authorized factory service centers.

Pilot Training

The highest grade.

At SyberJet Aircraft, we believe that a well-trained, safe pilot is the most important factor in both your success and ours. Flight safety is the number one goal of our pilot training program. Through our factory flight training program our customer pilots have access to the most experienced SJ30 pilots in the world. Our factory-trained, factory-experienced pilots have the ability to share their knowledge to maximize the customer’s capability and understanding of the SJ30 and corporate flight operations.

With direct access to engineering and production flight test and customer flight operations our instructor pilots offer unique perspectives that cannot be found in third party training centers. Training at the factory also provides the customer the ability to visit aircraft in production to enhance their understanding of aircraft systems and structure, visit with customer support personnel, and relax in the local culture.

SyberJet Aircraft provides pilot training packages for crew and single pilot type rating courses, recurrent training courses, second-in-command (SIC) training courses, and upgrades to an airline transport pilot rating. For those pilots interested SyberJet instructor pilots also support mentoring or supervised operational experience (SOE) during the customer’s initial flight operations to enhance safety and maximize the customer’s confidence.

Sybertraks™

Prepared to journey.

SyberTraks™ provides an easy and convenient way for SJ30 operators and owners to track and maintain an airworthy SJ30. Based on owner input, SyberTraks uses flight hours and operations to project aircraft usage for tracking compliance to FAA regulatory and factory-based maintenance schedules.

SyberTraks helps manage customer aircraft maintenance tasks, reducing overall downtime by optimizing work load, and giving SJ30 customers more time to focus on their business. SyberTraks will allow the SJA factory to better understand fleet operations, thus providing more robust and timely responses to unscheduled maintenance events and improving overall system reliability.
